"My paintings became a form of confession -- a way to explore what felt too difficult or vulnerable to say out loud."
American painter working in oil. After a film degree and years away from making entirely, Fisher returned to painting in 2023 - a decision that changed everything. Her figurative practice has since been shaped by international residencies across Spain and France, and mentorships with painters including Edward Povey, Phil Hale, and Henrik Uldalen. Her work has been exhibited in shows across New York City and featured in Create! Magazine and Women in Arts Network.
